How do I withdraw my winnings from my CDPoker account?

When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting", which means that your request has been accepted by CDPoker and that we are processing it.

All withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day after the date of the request.

During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your CDPoker Account.
By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.
Please note that CD poker reserves the right to refund winnings to any payment method you have used to deposit with up to the total amount you deposited, in accordance with international banking regulations.

The remaining sum, if any, will be sent to you via the payment method that you have originally chosen for your withdrawal request.

The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, for a BDExpress Cash Out it's $100.

Please note that if you deposited via Citadel, there is a clearance period before the funds are credited to our financial accounts. The length of the clearance period depends on your deposit method as follows:

Therefore, we must wait the relevant clearance period before processing your withdrawal. Please note that clearance is needed only on deposits made before and on the date of your request.

Please note that for NON-POKER winnings only in Spin $2 Million, Gold Rally, Blackjack, Caribbean Poker, American Roulette, Casino Hold'em, Poker Three, Deuces Wild 4-line and Blackjack Progressive.

When using the Website, there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from Your Account in any calendar month. Upon a withdraw request a maximum of £/$/Euro 10,000 will be processed after 4 days; and a maximum of £/$/Euro 90,000 will be processed 10 days after the initial 4 days, up to a maximum of £/$/Euro £100,000 in any month. This applies to all withdrawals, including progressive jackpots. For the avoidance of doubt, all withdrawals are subject to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions. The withdrawal periods set out in this paragraph will only commence after any such the Checks referred to paragraph 5.2 of these General Terms and Conditions have been completed to our satisfaction.

How do I withdraw winnings from my CDPoker account?

To cash out money from your CDPoker account, click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby.
Click on "Withdraw".
Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
Fill in the required information.

How Long does it take to process my withdrawal?
